I know how to store them, how to use them safely (offline signing) in multiple ways (hardware keys or other offline software) and can advice on how to share them with your trusted relations if relevant. As for digital worklife optimization I find it super useful to optimize and help both our professional as well as our personal life, with different IT software and processes which are relevant to each of us individually. Speaking about myself, it is the to-do lists, shopping lists, calendar, SMS texts as reminders, emails and much more.
