Hi, I'm Harutyun Sakanyan, Experienced and professional 3D artist and architect from Yerevan, Armenia. Currently holding Master's Degree in Architecture. My experience in architecture covers designing and architectural drafting specialized on residential and commercial structures and interiors as well as outdoor and temporary structures like coffee shops and expo booths. My true passion currently is detailed BIM modeling. Not only building Revit 3D model but creating up to LOD 400 detailed models with all the information filled in about every building element. Have strong experience with NLRS standard and Basis ILS workflow. I'm also highly skilled in various areas of 3D modeling and design including both polygonal and CAD modeling systems using latest software tools. I offer my clients all kinds of architectural design and drafting using AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit and ArchiCAD software like blueprints, floorplans, color and 3D floorplans, elevations, furniture layouts, working and construction drawings and many more, My 3D services include architecture modeling and photorealistic 3D rendering with 3Ds Max, Google Sketchup with the help of V-Ray and Corona rendering engines, realistic product modeling and rendering including preparation of product images for Amazon and other online marketing platforms, packaging renderings and so on. From other hand I'm experience in precious CAD and Nurbs modeling for production and industrial design needs including modeling for 3D printers, CNC milling machines, laser cutters and so on using AutoCAD and Rhinoceros 3D software. Have experience in presentation graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. For the last year I got proficient in creating and texturing low and midpoly models for AR, VR apps and realtime engines. Can also create USDZ models for Apple ARKit While discussing the project with my client I'm always trying to clarify as much information as possible in order to understand my clients needs perfectly and deliver them exactly the results they're dreaming for.
