If your business runs on tools like HubSpot, Kit, Zapier, Keap, or membership platforms like Circle.so and Mighty Networks, and you need someone who actually knows how to make them work together, that's exactly what I do. For the past 6 years, I've been the behind-the-scenes operator for a growing coaching business, starting as an Executive Assistant and evolving into the go-to person for everything tech and ops. That's included: → Full CRM migrations (ActiveCampaign to Keap to HubSpot + Kit) → Membership platform builds and migrations (Mighty Networks + WP Memberium to Circle.so, including Stripe, paywalls, and member permissions) → Building and maintaining Zapier automations across multiple platforms → Managing email marketing sequences, tags, and subscriber workflows in different platforms → HubSpot setup, list management, and pipeline organization → Keeping complex operations running smoothly without needing hand-holding I'm not a generalist VA who dabbles in tools. I've lived inside these systems for years, troubleshot the edge cases, and built workflows that actually hold up. Before freelancing, I spent several years at AIG managing contract administration and business processes, so I also bring corporate-level attention to detail and documentation. What past clients say: "Mina is one of a kind. No one like her. Her work ethic and commitment + responsibility is like no other." If you need someone who can plug in fast, own the tech stack, and keep things moving, let's talk.
