I’m a product designer specializing in early-stage B2B SaaS — the messy, ambiguous phase where the product is still being figured out. I work as a founding designer: I help startups go from idea to shipped product. That means I’m not just delivering screens — I’m helping define what to build, why, and how it should work for real users. Over 15 years, I’ve worked across fintech, proptech, construction tech, and scientific publishing. Some of those products raised investment, scaled their MRR, or got acquired. A few didn’t make it — and I learned just as much from those. What I’m good at: — Complex B2B interfaces: dashboards, data-heavy workflows, multi-step processes — Design systems that scale with the product — Moving fast without losing clarity — MVP thinking with long-term structure in mind — Working directly with founders, not through layers of PMs Selected work: — Scientific publishing platform used by major European academic publishers — Sales CRM for real estate — raised investment and grew MRR post-launch — Construction cost management SaaS — end-to-end product design for a complex domain — Fintech platform — UX wireframes and rapid prototyping — Form builder SaaS — later acquired If you’re building a complex B2B product and need a designer who thinks about the whole problem — not just the UI — let’s talk.
