I research the market and your users' needs, 2) I analyze the requirements and design drafts of user flows, customer journeys, and information architecture in your system, 3) I prepare a clickable low fidelity prototype that you can test with real users and collect the feedback, 4) I provide you with a design teaser, a look and feel for your application. We tweak it to achieve the best result. 5) Finally I prepare all necessary mockups to cover the entire application functionality. 6) You gain access to a full-scope prototype, which you can use to further fine-tune the user experience or hand over to the development team. 7) I provide support for the developers, supply them with a style guide and explain the concept making sure nothing falls between the cracks. --- 👱 About me: As a Product Designer, I'm proud that I can make a thousandfold impact on people's lives while turning users into customers for my clients. But it wasn't always that way. Ever since I worked as a developer I was disappointed with how little influence I had over the end-user experience. I felt that I'm on the wrong side of the pipeline. Finally, in 2014 I made a career pivot into a UX/UI designer. In 2016 this risky move led me to become a Head of Product in 30K, the technology provider company for the largest airline fare distributors such as Amadeus.
