I previously worked at NetSuite in the Philippines as a Technical Support Engineer, where my main responsibility was supporting the Web/eCommerce and Performance product area. During my time there, I was able to acquire knowledge as well on other areas such as Administration, SuiteCloud, and SuiteBuilder. After moving to Canada, I've had the privilege of working for a NetSuite customer, where I was introduced to and fell in love with the Salesforce platform. As a result, I am now a Salesforce Certified Administrator and am continuing my journey to learn and become more proficient with all the other areas of Salesforce.
