Cesar Luis E.

I am a Systems Engineer with a lifelong passion for drawing, and since 2013 I have been working as a freelance illustrator specializing in manga and comic art. My career began on ODESK and ELANCE, and I continued on Upwork after their merger, successfully completing projects for clients around the world. My work has been recognized in international competitions: in 2013, I won second place in the National Manga Contest in my country organized by the Japanese Embassy, and in 2016 I was a finalist in the International Manga Contest organized by the European publishing house NORMA with my work “Dulce Hogar”. Over the years, I have created: Original characters and mascot designs Manga-style portraits and tattoo concepts Illustrations for children’s books and music albums Custom covers and, above all, independent comics and manga for clients from Germany, Australia, Japan, Dubai, Great Britain, Latin America, and the United States Although I am not fluent in spoken English, I read and write it with confidence, which allows me to understand and follow detailed instructions accurately. Almost all of my contracts have been in English, and I have consistently delivered high-quality results. If you are looking for an illustrator who combines technical skill with creativity, I would be happy to collaborate with you. Please feel free to review my portfolio to see the quality of my work. Best regards, Luis Ergueta Roldán
