Hello, I’m Moses, 36 years old. I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology. I have a 6-year of Business Process Outsourcing work experiences wherein my English communication, writing, and interpersonal skills are fully developed. I have been into 3 major BPO companies. The most I value is my experience of directly interacting with customers as a freelance Technical Support Representative for Dialpad Inc. for almost 4 years supporting inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats using Diapad's own phone system integrated into Zendesk. I am a quick learner and self-motivated. I can work alone or in a group with minimal supervision.
