Moses Vlademir Y.

Hello, I’m Moses, 36 years old. I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology. I have a 6-year of Business Process Outsourcing work experiences wherein my English communication, writing, and interpersonal skills are fully developed. I have been into 3 major BPO companies. Customer Service, Technical Support, Travel Consultancy, Chat Support, Data Entry, and Research are a few of the fields I am an expert in. I also have 3 years of experience with StudentUniverse Travel Agency as a travel consultant and WebOps. I also held the position of Technical Support level 2 under SPI Global providing IT support to customers. The most I value is my experience of directly interacting with customers as a freelance Technical Support Representative for Dialpad Inc. for almost 4 years supporting inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats using Diapad's own phone system integrated into Zendesk. I am a quick learner and self-motivated. I can work alone or in a group with minimal supervision. As a detail-oriented and organized professional, I take pride in completing assignments on time and with accuracy. I want to become a full-time online freelancer so I can work at home and also take care of my family. Kindly see my resume for my accomplishments and qualifications. Hoping to be considered.
