Munawar A.

I redesign enterprise software that logistics, field service, and SaaS companies were stuck using, so operations teams actually want to open it. 20+ years of end-to-end product design. I currently lead product design at Teamfront across six vertical field service SaaS platforms, and I spent 3+ years as sole product designer across 5 live TMS products at WiseTech Global (ASX: WTC), used by 17,000+ logistics companies in 200+ countries. I also led the design work behind Envase's $230M acquisition by WiseTech Global. What I do for clients: - Redesign legacy or fragmented enterprise software into systems teams actually adopt - Build design systems that let one team ship consistently across multiple products - Design AI-native and agentic product experiences, from prototype to production - Take zero-to-one SaaS and marketplace products from concept to shipped MVP Recent outcomes: - Standardized 6 independently built field service platforms onto a single design system at Teamfront - Built an agentic dispatch prototype coordinating 6 AI agents, credited by leadership with reshaping the team's AI strategy - Took an AI creator platform from a blank canvas to a complete MVP with 8,000+ signups before public launch - Designed an AI home care platform that lifted operational efficiency 94% and cut admin workload 74% Process: discovery and workflow audit, information architecture, high-fidelity Figma prototyping in Dev Mode, and handoff built for engineering, not just design review. Comfortable working directly with founders, CTOs, and distributed teams across US, UAE, and Indian hours. Message me with what you're building.
