Unreal Engine/VR developer

I started working with UE4 and VR around 2016. I'm experienced developing Meta Quest (Oculus) and SteamVR applications. My specialty is developing with Blueprints (Unreal Engine's visual scripting language). I also have some experience with C++, and while C++ is sometimes necessary for certain specific functionality, I believe that in many cases projects are best served by being developed primarily with Blueprints. Some of my early VR projects include "The Path of Greatest Resistance" and "Tornuffalo," which were released on Steam. Check out the links to the games in my portfolio below. One project that I developed for was SculptrVR, which is a multiplayer VR sculpting game that's sold on the Quest store and has over 350 ratings. I helped prepare it for it's release on the original Quest and Quest 2 as well as various other features over the years. Other notable VR projects that I worked on were "Gravity VR" and "Lavrynthos." Lavrynthos exhibited as part of several film festivals, and was a part of Cannes XR 2022. I got my BFA in Film Production from Chapman University in 2009. Although I don't usually focus on film & video production anymore, it did help me develop many skills that have been relevant to the work that I've done.
