Hi , My name is Eduardo. I have extensive experience in roles providing L1 & L2 Tech Support for technologies in the networking ,storage and data backup and recovery areas. I have provided support for vendor technologies such as Cisco,Dell and NetApp. For the last 2 years i have also been involved inTech writing by creating articles related to Cloud services and storage . These could range from How to blogs to developing a specific subject matter and then introducing a product related to it. I am also fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish . I wish to continue my path as a Tech Support Engineer with a nice touch in Customer Service always in mind.An ongoing education is part of this path and that's the reason i am currently coursing a Computer Science degree.Hopefully i will be able to mix my experience in IT with programming skills sometime soon!
