Mykhailo O.

I am a Software Developer with 10+ years of experience, specializing in Browser Extensions (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) and cross-platform desktop applications with Electron. From complex Gmail integrations and custom browser extensions to Manifest V3 migrations and cross-platform Electron apps, I have the technical depth to execute your project correctly. ✔ My Technical Focus • Deep Experience (10+ Years): I have been coding professionally since 2010. I write clean, efficient JavaScript/Node.js that is easy to maintain and scale. • Advanced DOM Manipulation: I specialize in extensions that deeply interact with web pages. I use MutationObservers to handle dynamic content, inject isolated UIs (Shadow DOM, iframe) into third-party sites, and build complex content scripts that treat websites as APIs. • Browser Ecosystems: Expert in the specific constraints of Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and Edge. I know how to migrate legacy extensions to Manifest V3 without breaking functionality. • Desktop Electron Applications: I build reliable, cross-platform Electron apps that integrate seamlessly with native OS features, ensuring high performance and security on Windows and macOS. ✔ What I Deliver • Cross-Browser Extensions: Extensions that work flawlessly across Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. • Electron Applications: Porting web apps to desktop or building native-feeling desktop tools. • Legacy Refactoring: Fixing broken extensions or updating old code (jQuery/Vanilla JS) to modern standards. • Store Compliance: I ensure your code meets the strict privacy and security guidelines required by Google and Mozilla.
