I was in London for 5 years & have 4 years’ experience working as Customer service assistant in HILOTN Hotel & Administrative assistant in a Property management company (www.sterlingdevere.com) in London. I have complete proficiency in English as I had opportunity to speak with people from all over the world while working in HILTON. I also got experience of Europe – American social & work environment. It makes me suitable to work with American – European company. I received customer handling training, specially complain handling form Hilton Hotel. I was a member of “MAKE IT RIGHT” program, a special program for handling unhappy customers. Besides customers service I can do Inbound & out bound calls, Email and Chat Customer Support. Below are some of my skill sets: • Computer Literacy — I am proficient in Microsoft Office and can easily learn employer-specific applications. Also very familiar with google calendar, google sheets & docs • Good experience handling Hilton CRM system & Opera management application • Calendar Management and Scheduling, which includes Events Planning & Coordination • Correspondence handling, which includes letter drafting and proofreading • Strong in English communications, both oral and written. • Strong problem solving and organizational skills • Able to multitask, prioritize and manage my own workload • I have attention to detail and willingness to learn new tasks • I am highly motivated & proactive I have quiet office equipped with Laptops (core-i7), Smart Phones, iPad & Broadband internet (5mpbs). I also have Skype, Hangout, VoIP connection & TeamViewer I would like to provide quality service to all my clients and do this with all honestly.
