Customer Service

I am looking for any customer service and online help desk related job. It maybe via live chat or via live calls as I was with the Billing and Video Repair Department for 6 years. We focused on billing disputes, attending to customer's billing inquiries, creating a ticket to follow up a refund, product education, creating a ticket for cable and internet installation, video repair and troubleshooting, processing a payment, and processing VOD\PPV orders. My career goal would include securing a home-based job that provides a reasonable compensation. I do believe that if you will treat a company like your own, you want nothing but the best for it.
