Jacek F.

I help scaling companies fix the exact moment when off-the-shelf software stops working — too many records, too much manual work, tools that cost more than they save, workflows too tangled for the team you have. Two of my clients have generated over $1,000,000 in combined value working with me as their technical partner. I'm recognized by Upwork as top 1% talent (Expert-Vetted). PROOF, NOT PROMISES → High Rock Studios — I embedded as a seasoned technical partner for 7 years, shipping 5+ six-figure projects at a 90% client ROI, without them adding a single developer to headcount. → Canadian Travel Platform — replaced a stack of expensive SaaS subscriptions with a custom-built system, cutting their software costs by $484k and giving them full ownership of the platform instead of a rented one. WHO I WORK WITH Companies that have hit the volume threshold where "just buy more software" stops being the answer: * Marketing agencies that need senior technical capacity without the cost or risk of a full-time hire — I plug in as embedded CTO/developer, running point on integrations, custom tooling, and the technical calls that would otherwise sit on the founder's desk. * Agencies running PPC and native ad campaigns at a scale where attribution breaks — I build the pipelines and dashboards that tie spend to outcomes reliably, instead of guessing. * Businesses paying for SaaS tools that no longer fit — I replace them with custom-built systems that do exactly what you need and that you own outright. * Any SMB that's outgrown its systems — too many manual steps, too many disconnected tools, processes that only work because one person remembers how. WHAT I BUILD * Custom software & SaaS development * Enterprise & internal tools * Platform modernization / legacy rebuilds * Systems & API integration (Airtable, CRM, Quickbooks, Zapier, and 100+ others) * Workflow & business process automation * AI integration — LLM integration, RAG, AI agents, document AI, prompt engineering * Backend & full-stack development (Node.js, Laravel, PHP, Python, React, Next.js, TypeScript) * XML/XSLT data exchange systems * PPC & native ad attribution pipelines * Cloud & DevOps (AWS, GCP, Docker, CI/CD) WHAT CLIENTS SAY "Jacek and his team were by far the best external hire we've made. Extremely knowledgeable in all areas of their field. They were hard working, detail oriented, met all deadlines, and always willing to go above and beyond." — Dave Schleigh, President & Partner @ High Rock Studios " worked with Jacek on a complex project developing a sophisticated elevator control system with a connected advertising system. Jacek and his team were always professional and completed the project on time and on budget. I have since worked with them on another 2 projects with the same great experience. I highly recommend their services." — David Winegar, Founder @ Absolute-North Ltd. "Jacek is great to work with in every way. We have worked together for several years and he is professional, experienced, responsible, accountable and a great communicator. Jacek is a key part of our team and I would recommend Jacek to anyone." — Derek Elliott, Manager @ Private Villa Rentals HOW I WORK I act as a technical partner, not a task-taker. Programming is a tool, not the goal — the goal is your business working better. I take ownership of the technical side end to end so you can stay focused on running the company. If your systems are starting to creak at the seams, message me. I'll tell you honestly, in one message, whether it's a real bottleneck or something you can safely ignore for now.
