Greetings! My name is Jesse Favre, and I'm a global trainer and public speaker helping you create collaborative, innovative, and energized teams. I’m also the creator and host of Inside the Team with Jesse Favre, a YouTube talk show decoding human behavior at work. Since 2023, I’ve offered more than 1,300 workshops and seminars. I hold a unique dual Master of Social Work (MSW)-Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. I'm also certified in Lean management and Mental Health First Aid (adult and youth).
