My name is Jesse Favre, and I'm on a mission to fuel sustainable success for leaders and teams. In addition to speaking and training, I'm the creator and host of Inside the Team with Jesse Favre, a podcast covering topics such as burnout prevention and team dynamics. Since founding my company in 2022, I’ve offered more than 1,500 workshops and seminars. I hold a unique dual Master of Social Work (MSW)-Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. I'm also certified in Lean management and Mental Health First Aid (adult and youth).
