Shahrukh A.

Senior design leader for SaaS and AI teams. 12+ years, teams of 20+ led, and a 50% conversion lift on my latest fintech product. I take on a few hands-on projects: fractional design lead, UX audits, 0 to 1 product design, and design systems that keep design and dev in sync. What I've shipped: • The email builder at Unlayer (YC W22), used by teams at Netflix and Bank of America • Product design at Sendoso through its $100M raise • A 50% conversion lift on a fintech product • Products for Foodics, STC, healthtech, gov and AI agent startups Best fit if you're: → A founder who needs senior design without a full-time hire → A SaaS or AI team whose product got messy as it grew → A dev team tired of designs that don't match what gets built How I work: • Understand the business and users first • Prototype fast, test, then polish • Build the design system as I go: tokens, components, docs • Stay in through dev and design QA AI is part of my daily workflow. Claude, Codex, Cursor, Lovable, Figma MCP and n8n agents for research, prototyping and handoff. Tool agnostic, I use whatever ships best. I'm also building FERD.ai, an AI design system generator. You work with me directly. No juniors behind the account. Send me what you're building. I'll tell you what I'd fix first.
