What I designed at ClickUp, among others: • AI Notetaker in Planner, plus a paid add-on for extra minutes once a plan's limit runs out • Import/Export: redesigned and unified the whole flow (+29% completed imports) • Planner and Calendar view • Integrations platform and App Center • Link Preview system • Connected Search: AI Suggestions, Universal App connection flow, Compact Command Line interface. What I do best: • SaaS and B2B web apps: complex workflows, dashboards, data-heavy tables, settings and permissions • Mobile (iOS, Android) and desktop apps • Design systems in Figma: components, variants, tokens, developer handoff • Landing pages built around one conversion goal How I work: • Figma is my core tool, every day for 7 years. • I've recently added AI to my process: Claude for research and first copy drafts, Claude Code for clickable coded prototypes. It speeds up the early stages; the final design is still mine. • Remote and async for 7 years. I overlap with the full EU day and US Eastern mornings. 13 years designing web, mobile and desktop apps in total. I focus on product UI/UX; ads, print and branding aren't my specialty.
