I build and run an AI finance agent that keeps all your books in one place. It connects your bank accounts, QuickBooks Online, mailboxes, Google Drive and e-invoicing, links every transaction to its source document, and keeps management and statutory accounting side by side from the same data. The agent proposes, a human approves. Every suggested entry links to its source document and lands in an audit trail, so your accountant stays in control and the books stay audit-ready. ——— Longer version ——— The agent was born from a real problem: 3 years of historical data scattered across mailboxes, QuickBooks Online and Google Drive in my own companies. Five years of running their finance and accounting, plus a master's in economic cybernetics and a software engineering background, shaped it into a tool that does the reconciliation work an accountant shouldn't have to do by hand. What the agent does: • Connects sources: bank feeds via open banking, QuickBooks Online, Gmail, Google Drive/Sheets, e-invoicing (KSeF), document OCR. • Links data: matches bank transactions to invoices, receipts and contracts; flags gaps and duplicates as cleanup candidates. • One ledger, two views: management accounting (classes, projects, dimensions) and statutory accounting. • Historical cleanup: imports QBO history and rules, reconciles past periods, checks P&L parity with QBO. • Reporting: P&L, balance sheet, cash bridge, multi-currency with official FX rates. • Human in the loop: nothing is posted without approval; append-only audit log. Before this I led software development for companies from small North American family businesses to Bosch & Siemens, and automated sales, finance and recruitment in my own businesses, cutting costs by up to 70%. I still build CRM and finance integrations (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Xero, n8n, Zapier, Make).
