Dmitry C.
DevOps Tech Lead / Cloud Infrastructure Architect
Need scalable, secure and observable infrastructure for your SaaS or high-load product? I help teams design, build and operate cloud-native platforms based on Kubernetes, IaC and modern DevOps practices – from zero to production. I’m a Senior DevOps / Infrastructure Architect & Tech Lead with hands-on experience running real-world workloads in production – including fintech / DeFi and other high-availability, security-sensitive environments. What I do • Kubernetes platforms • Design and deployment of production-grade clusters (managed or self-hosted) • Multi-node, HA control planes, node pools, autoscaling, ingress, TLS • Helm / Helmfile, operators, GitOps workflows • Infrastructure as Code & Cloud architecture • Terraform for reproducible cloud and on-prem infrastructure • Network, storage, security groups, load balancers, databases, secrets • Environment strategy (dev / stage / prod), separation of concerns and access control • CI/CD and delivery automation • Git-based workflows, trunk-based development, review environments • GitLab CI/CD (or similar), Docker build pipelines, artefact registries • Zero-downtime deployments, canary / blue-green releases, rollback strategies • Stateful workloads & storage • Ceph and RBD volumes for stateful services • Reliable storage for databases, queues and data-intensive microservices • Backup & restore strategies, disaster-recovery scenarios • Reliability, monitoring, security • Observability (metrics, logs, traces), SLOs and alerting • Hardening of clusters and services, secrets management • Cost-efficiency and capacity planning How I work • Architecture first. I don’t just “spin up a cluster” – I start with requirements, constraints and risks, then propose a clear architecture and migration plan. • Lead & collaborate. I can work as an individual contributor or act as a Tech Lead: review designs, mentor engineers, and align infra work with product goals. • Document & hand over. I always provide clean documentation and knowledge transfer, so your team can operate the platform confidently after our engagement. Typical ways I can help you • Design and implement a new Kubernetes-based platform for your product • Migrate existing workloads to Kubernetes / cloud in a safe, staged way • Build or improve CI/CD pipelines to reduce deployment time and failures • Set up monitoring, logging and alerting so incidents are visible and actionable • Review your current infrastructure and propose improvements & cost optimizations If you need a senior DevOps / Cloud Architect who can own the infrastructure side — from design and tools selection to implementation and handover — let’s talk about your project and see how I can help.
