Jonah N.

Hello! I’m Jonah and I’ve spent the last eight years moderating some of the world’s largest social platforms. I am excited to bring my expertise in community safety and data integrity to your team. My background includes seven years at Cognizant, where I worked as a Senior Content Moderator for a Social Media platform. Following that, I worked at a BPO company as a Data Labeler for TikTok, where we label videos for suspected copyright. Most recently, I worked at crescendo for an AI Platform where I moderate AI-generated content galleries, images and videos. I was also tasked for image and video labelling to train AI. My primary focus has been mostly on trust and safety which includes moderating cases like CSE, SOM, gore, sexualization, violence and privacy, I also worked on accounts with issues with access including deactivation, access issues, appeals, hacked and even the Company lost access issue. In addition, I've worked on spam account and appeals. I also process GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) case in EU and non-EU countries. I've also managed some cases related to impersonation copyright, and counterfeit issues. I can flexibly navigate through different policy areas based on the immediate needs of the queue. I'm open to work. Just shoot a DM!
