HubSpot & RevOps Architect | CRM Automation | Integrations
I fix the messy systems between HubSpot, sales, operations, finance, and reporting. If your CRM requires manual workarounds, integrations keep breaking, data disagrees between systems, or your team has outgrown its current automation, I can design and build the operational layer that makes it work. I specialize in HubSpot architecture, CRM automation, API integrations, ConnectWise, Cloudflare Workers/D1, RevOps systems, reporting, and business-process automation. But the important part isn’t connecting API A to API B. It’s deciding what happens when API B fails. I design around source-of-truth ownership, duplicate prevention, associations, auditability, retries, permissions, pipeline rules, user workflows, and production validation. Recent systems I’ve built include: • 15 production HubSpot UI extensions covering deals, contacts, companies, tickets, vendors, orders, onboarding, quoting, and custom workflows • HubSpot ↔ ConnectWise opportunity and callback synchronization • Cloudflare Worker APIs and D1-backed operational applications • CRM approval, audit, onboarding, and change-management workflows • Executive reporting across forecasting, commissions, margins, sales velocity, FX, and pipeline performance • QuickBooks Online and invoice-reconciliation workflows • Private/local AI systems using Whisper, Ollama/Qwen, TTS, and deterministic tools WHERE I’M ESPECIALLY USEFUL HubSpot Development Custom UI extensions, CRM cards, custom objects, associations, pipelines, workflows, APIs, tickets, deals, owners, notes, audit trails, and guided operational interfaces. CRM & Systems Integration HubSpot, ConnectWise, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, callbacks, synchronization, field mapping, and source-of-truth architecture. Cloudflare & Backend Automation Cloudflare Workers, D1, TypeScript/JavaScript, REST APIs, webhooks, scheduled jobs, SQL, authentication, logging, and lightweight internal applications. RevOps Architecture Sales → operations → finance workflows, pipeline governance, forecasting, reporting, commissions, margin analysis, stage controls, data ownership, and operational dashboards. INTEGRATION RESCUE Already have something complicated that “mostly works”? This is one of my favorite types of project. I’ll trace the actual implementation — payloads, routes, IDs, associations, platform configuration, logs, deployment targets, and business rules — before deciding what needs to change. Sometimes the answer is new code. Sometimes it’s one incorrect association, field mapping, callback, deployment, permission, or platform limitation masquerading as a software problem. I don’t recommend rebuilding functioning systems just because they’re messy. HOW I WORK I can take a project through: Business requirement → architecture → implementation → deployment → production verification → documentation That last part matters. “The code looks correct” isn’t the same thing as the workflow working in production. If you’re dealing with a CRM, integration, or RevOps system that’s becoming too complicated for duct tape, send me the ugly version of the problem. Those are usually the interesting ones.
