Andreea B.

Hi! I'm Andreea, a coffee-fueled, cat-loving, spicy-food-addicted illustrator born and based in Transylvania. No worries, I'm not a vampire, yet. I bring children's book stories to life through warm, expressive digital illustrations that capture the hearts and minds of young readers. Over the last 6 years, I have illustrated more than 10 picture books for publishing companies and self-publishers worldwide, and each one has been a collaboration I'm genuinely proud of. I studied Fine Arts and hold both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Painting. Oil painting will always be my first love, but illustration is where I truly shine. I have a strong eye for storytelling and a knack for drawing animals, humans, and landscapes, from whimsical characters in imaginative worlds to educational visuals that spark curiosity. Expertise in commercial illustration and self-publishing children's books / picture books. What makes me different from other illustrators? ▪️ Love for storytelling; I care about what you have to say and pour my heart into every project! ▪️ Collaborative communicator with years of client experience ▪️ Professionally trained in digital and print illustration and color, with a fine arts background in Painting (BA/MA, UAD Cluj) ▪️ Typography, book layout and self-publishing skills ▪️ Self-publishing book expert (KDP, IngramSpark, Lulu, BookBaby, etc) ▪️ Quick turnaround while producing high-quality work ▪️ Whimsical, colourful and textured illustrations If you have a story in mind and feel like we might be a good match, I'd love to hear from you.
