I have 15+ years of experience with Microsoft Technology stack. Spending so many years focused on one technology stack has resulted in a holistic development approach that starts with understanding client requirements, analyzing them, giving my own technical and process inputs and delivering high quality results with keeping in mind the time and cost constraints. I started work as an intern and quickly scaled up to be junior and then senior developer. Team Lead was the next stop, and it gave me a lot to learn. Then I started working as a Technical Architect for an all contractor WFH team. It has been a very high learning experience throughout these many roles and responsibilities. My one of the strongest suits is communication. All my past clients have always praised the way I communicate with them and give my inputs on important matters without hesitation. I believe in full transparency when I work for any client. I like to keep the communication channels open throughout the development life cycle for efficient implementation of the project plans. Moreover, I have worked with developers and managers from all around the world and that helps me through understanding different ways and means of communication together with different accents. Till now I have worked with Australian, European, Russian, American, Canadian, African and Asian clients and teams and that has given me a lot of exposure to different working patterns and expectations of client bases.
