JERVY A.

Versatile and dependable, that's what I am. I'm an experienced Customer Service Representative and Content Moderator. But, that's enough about me! All you really want to know is what I can do for you. If you're looking for someone who is professional, amiable, patient, goal-oriented, keen on learning work-related knowledge (I like learning and executing that knowledge for the benefit of the team), a SHARP problem solver all the while maintaining a courteous demeanor, has strong organizational skills, knows her way around a computer and is extremely resourceful - then I'm the person you need to work with! If you are a company that is looking for someone who's had experience with: - Customer Support Services -Zendesk (Email/Chat) - MS Outlook/Gmail - Data Entry - Proofreading - Google Docs - Microsoft Office - Salesforce - Social Media Platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) - Communication Tool (Skype, Slack) I'm the one! In all my work, I pride myself on my reputation for following through and meeting deadlines. When I commit to doing something, I make sure it gets done properly, and on time. So, let's chat. I love meeting new people and learning about their businesses. If you feel that I can help you, I look forward to speaking to you soon.
