I’ve been working as a part-time freelance Virtual Assistant since 2015, mainly through Upwork. Most of my projects have focused on data entry and general administrative support. Before freelancing, I worked full-time in the restaurant and logistics industries, where I gained valuable experience in customer service, task management, workplace safety, sanitation, administrative support, and document organization. I consider myself someone who works best behind the scenes. If I were in a theater, I’d be more at ease backstage—making sure everything is in place and running smoothly—rather than being on stage. I bring that same approach to my work: steady, dependable, and focused on results. I don’t claim to know everything, but I take pride in being responsible and reliable. I believe in saying “yes” only to the tasks I can confidently deliver. Once I commit, I make sure to produce quality work and meet deadlines, often earlier than expected. At present, I’m available for part-time, non-voice work. I know my skills may not fit every role, but I’m always open to learning and improving.
