Need an inbound/outbound calling system, an AI voice agent, or SMS that actually gets delivered? That's what I do — and I have the track record to back it. I'm a Twilio/VoIP specialist with 2,245 hours and $70K+ earned on Upwork at a near-perfect rating, across dozens of telephony projects: IVR, call routing, call tracking, call recording, SMS surveys, texting platforms, and CRM integrations (HubSpot, Five9, Zapier). I led development on CallScaler, a VoIP SaaS, over a 1,276-hour engagement — so I know this work from the API layer up to a product businesses run on. Clients tend to say two things about me: that I ask the right questions to nail down scope before writing code, and that working with me is "like hiring a team of developers." Both are accurate — I run a small, vetted dev team, so I can take on larger builds and move quickly without cutting corners. What I build: AI voice agents — inbound/outbound agents on Twilio (plus Vapi / Retell / Bland), wired to your CRM and calendar, with recording, live transfer, and automatic call logging. SMS deliverability & A2P 10DLC — diagnosing and fixing carrier filtering (including Error 30007), brand/campaign registration, content and throughput issues, and STOP/HELP opt-in/opt-out compliance. Call systems — IVR, forwarding and routing, round-robin distribution, simultaneous ring, SIP trunking, recording, and scheduled alerts. Messaging at scale — bulk and automated campaigns, two-way conversations, auto-replies — all A2P-compliant. Integrations & automation — Twilio, Plivo, Vonage (Nexmo), SignalWire, Bandwidth, Infobip and more; CRM integration; workflow automation (n8n / Make / Zapier); and LLM/OpenAI APIs plugged into your call and SMS flows. Built on PHP/Laravel, Livewire, Alpine.js, MySQL, and REST APIs. If your messages are getting filtered, your calling flow is half-finished, or you want to add an AI agent to your phone system — message me the details and I'll tell you straight whether it's a quick fix or a real build.
