Jeremy W.

I am a Ruby on Rails and React developer currently working full-time at Shopify. I have a Bachelor's degree in Physics from UNC- Chapel Hill. I have been coding in Ruby on Rails for the past 7+ years. I currently work at Shopify making commerce better for everyone. I have worked in the healthcare sector with McKesson. I have worked with multiple contract jobs ranging from e-commerce with Groove Commerce to legal finance with Trustbooks. On the side, I have built a site called lolmeet.net. It is currently shut down but I was able to build the site to a 1400+ user base. It was a site for League of Legends players. Recently, I was working on a side project called mandible.io. It is a job board website for dentist. To back fill jobs, we used the Indeed API to curate a list of job posts as well as Python to scrape websites for practice listings. My latest pet project was mtbgrouprides.com built with Phoenix Elixir and Ionic with React JS. I hope we can work together. Cheers!
