I hand-code websites (no templates, no page builders) so they load fast and give search engines something clean to read. They're deployed on Azure Static Web Apps and Cloudflare, and accessible from day one rather than patched in later. Speed is a build decision, not a plugin added at the end: static delivery off a CDN, images optimised as standard, and no framework weight the site doesn't need. Technical SEO is part of the same work: schema, clean URLs, a real sitemap, sensible headings and metadata. With no plugins to go out of date and no admin login to attack, these sites stay up without monthly patching. Recent builds include a hospital, a hotel and a nursing college for one client, plus two nonprofit rebuilds. One of those was a rescue from a WordPress compromise that had run undetected for two years. I still work in WordPress when a project calls for it, and that rescue taught me where those sites tend to break. GA4, Search Console and conversion tracking go in before launch, privacy-first and compliant with Consent Mode v2, so there's real data from day one. That comes from the measurement side of my background. I'm an ex-Yahoo Senior Creative Analyst, have run paid search since Overture in 2004, and hold the 2026 Google certifications across Search, Display, Video and Analytics, including both proctored Professional exams.
