"Hands down the best podcast editor out there" — Daniel Ohana, Globaldots AI Podcast "Strategies he brought led to 5x subscribers in 6 months and videos that 25x view counts" — Josh Dodds, Wiser Than Before Podcast "The best freelancer I have ever worked with on Upwork" — Gary Fox, Entrepreneur Experiment Podcast Most clients come to me for clean editing, reliable communication and a fast turnaround. They stay because I think about the listener, not just the timeline. I'm Bren, an Irish podcast producer with 18 years of experience across audio and video production, including work with RTÉ and BBC. I work best with quiet, thoughtful people who know their subject and want a podcast that reflects the quality of their thinking, without it becoming a second job. Most editors clean audio and move on. I work a little differently. I listen as a producer, not just an editor. If something feels unclear, repetitive or could land better for the audience, I will mention it. You can take the feedback or leave it. Most clients find this becomes one of the most valuable parts of working together. A Different Way of Thinking About Podcasts I have supported a wide range of experts and businesses including founders, health and wellbeing creators, tech companies, entrepreneurs and specialist brands. From pig farmers to wrap shop owners, one thing tends to stay the same. People often know their subject deeply but struggle to shape that knowledge into content people want to return to. And this is where I think many podcasts struggle: People do not care about your story. They care about themselves in your story. That one shift changes how episodes open, how conversations are shaped and how content connects. That is where I help. Experience and Results Top Rated Plus on Upwork. 18 years in audio and video production. Currently supporting podcasts across Ireland, the UK and the US. I helped Wiser Than Before grow from zero to more than 1,400 subscribers and 15,000 watch hours within a year, helping qualify the channel for monetization. It showed what happens when strong conversations are paired with thoughtful packaging and consistency. What I Help With Production: podcast editing and production, broadcast quality audio processing, video podcasts and YouTube support, shorts and social clips. Beyond the edit: show notes and publishing support, launch setup and workflow guidance, honest producer feedback when wanted. Who I Work With Founders and entrepreneurs. Business owners and executives. Coaches and consultants. Tech companies and startups. Health and wellbeing creators. Experts with something meaningful to say. I am always looking for long term partnerships with people who care about their audience and want content that reflects the quality of their thinking. If you would like a straight conversation about whether I am the right fit, let us schedule a quick call. No pitch. Just honest advice. Bren
