Ruslan K.

Senior Product Designer with 10+ years of experience launching digital products from scratch. My focus is B2B SaaS, complex platforms, and 0-to-1 work — from the first messy problem to something live that users actually want to use. What I help you achieve: • Validate product direction quickly, before investing months of dev time • Turn messy ideas into clear flows, wireframes, and testable prototypes • Define the right MVP scope and prioritize what matters • Process customer feedback fast and convert it into actionable improvements How I work: 1. Listen & clarify: goals, constraints, success metrics, and what "good" looks like; 2. Challenge & refine: I question assumptions and expose risks early; 3. Research or synthesize: user/stakeholder interviews, competitor review, feedback analysis; 4. Prototype fast: wireframes and interactive prototypes for validation 5. Validate & iterate: usability tests, feedback loops, and analytics 6. Deliver in Agile: clear specs, tickets, and close collaboration with PM and engineering I use AI tools to accelerate early-stage work: synthesizing interview notes, clustering feedback, generating alternative solution directions, drafting test plans, and speeding up documentation. Final decisions remain evidence-based and validated with users and stakeholders.
