Jill E.

With over 15 years of experience in the calling industry and a decade as a Virtual Assistant, I've honed my skills to assist with campaign execution effectively. Throughout my tenure on UPWORK, I've collaborated with 116 clients seamlessly, consistently meeting expectations and contributing to their successes. My journey began in 2006 in the BPO sector, starting as a customer service agent for ATT. I handled technical queries and billing issues with diligence. Subsequently, I transitioned into an administrative role, where I managed tasks such as payroll processing and operational troubleshooting for our branch. For the past 12 years, I've been working remotely, specializing in real estate, cold calling across various sectors (telecommunications, surveillance cameras, etc.), customer service, administrative duties, coordination, and supervision. Since 2018, I've also operated an agency on UPWORK, facilitating collaboration between freelancers and clients to deliver exceptional support and services. Given the opportunity, I'm eager to share my wealth of best practices during an interview, with the aim of contributing to the company's success.
