Natalia B.

Hello! Welcome to my profile! The TLDR: I'm an experienced operations coordinater that has been supporting startups for over 8 years. I've done many things, and enjoy helping companies get from 0 to 5. Main areas of work: Recruiting - I've been recruiting for remote roles (all over the world) for over 5 years . Platforms I've used to promote roles: SEEK, Indeed, Meta ads, Upwork, etc.. Content Manager - Overseeing a team of 200+ writers and 20+ editors and formatters, handling the chaos and creativity that comes with such a high level of production. Project Manager - Coordinating remote teams using Notion, Asana, Basecamp, Airtable, Slack, etc... I love working with startups and "figuring things out". Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any inquiries.
