There are two kinds of nerds… 1. There’s the nerd who fixes your computer, gives it back to you, and makes you feel awful because you don’t know what you’re doing. 2. Then there’s the other kind of nerd – the one that fixes your computer and goes out of their way to explain what they did, empowering you to help keep it from breaking again. I am an experienced Technical Support Engineer with over 7 years of experience working with SaaS startups, helping customers solve technical problems and supporting the systems behind their businesses. My experience includes troubleshooting SaaS applications, email deliverability, SMTP, integrations, APIs, webhooks, WordPress, and Shopify. I've also worked in e-commerce customer support, handling customer inquiries, orders, subscriptions, shipping issues, returns, and other day-to-day customer needs. If there's anything about me that you should know about me personally, it's that, for me, customer support isn't a job...it's a way of life. I eat support tickets for breakfast. My passions include getting yelled at by angry clients, answering the same question 40 times daily, and repeatedly troubleshooting someone's inability to log in. I've provided customer and technical support using tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, Help Scout, Gorgias, Zoom, TeamViewer, and social media.
