The system processed information, handled workflow logic, and reduced repetitive manual work and operational errors. AI & Workflow Automation Built AI-assisted workflows that process incoming information, classify and enrich data, and route it to the appropriate action or system. AI handles the parts where intelligence is useful, while deterministic application logic controls critical business rules. SaaS Platform from Scratch Built a SaaS product from concept through production using Next.js and Laravel, including architecture, authentication, Stripe subscriptions, dashboards, third-party integrations, and backend workflows. Complex API Integration System Inherited an application with unreliable integrations across Stripe, Twilio, WhatsApp, and other services. Reworked the integration layer with stronger API handling, webhooks, validation, retries, and predictable failure recovery. HOW I WORK I think in systems, not isolated features.
