Eugenio III S.

I’m a customer support and Payment dispute | Chargeback specialist with experience in e-commerce, logistics, and trading communities. I previously worked as a Level 2 Customer Service Associate at Amazon UK, supporting both customers and delivery drivers by resolving parcel delivery issues, handling refunds, and ensuring a positive customer experience. I also worked as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) for a large online hobby shop, assisting associates with chat and email support while helping reduce invalid warranty claims through product knowledge and accurate troubleshooting. My experience with RC planes and hobby parts allowed me to provide reliable product recommendations tailored to customer needs. In addition, I have 3 years of experience as a Payment Dispute Analyst, handling disputes through Stripe and PayPal. I also have experience moderating Facebook and Instagram ads, managing Discord communities, and providing customer support for a leading TradingView indicator provider. My strengths include customer communication, problem-solving, dispute handling, moderation, and delivering efficient support in fast-paced environments.
