Jeff W.

I wrote my first software projects on my dad's computer at age 15, and that hobby eventually evolved into a career. Today, I'm a Senior Software Engineer with a focus on full-stack web systems, but I still enjoy coding for fun in my free time. Some of the technologies I've worked with over the years include JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, C#, C++, Rust, Go, Lua, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, HTML, CSS/Sass/Less, PHP, React Native, MongoDB, Python, Django, Object Oriented Programming - just to name a few. I worked with Python extensively around 2019-2022, using frameworks such as Selenium, PyAutoGUI, and other automation tools as well as Kivy. However, I generally prefer to avoid large Python projects nowadays because indentation-based syntax haunts me. I enjoy overcoming complex engineering challenges and building scalable, efficient systems. If you're working on something exciting, I'd love to hear about it - feel free to reach out!
