I'm currently working as a Healthcare Recruiter in helping clinicians (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, CMAs, RRTs/RCPs, Caregivers) and Medical Assistants to earn an extra income either for Per Diem (PRN), a full-time job or on a short-term contract. I have also deepened my understanding how medical coding (HCPC, CPT, ICD-10 codes) functions in healthcare claims and benefits, and planning to get certified soon. I have more than ten (10) years of extensive BPO experience across US telco, US Healthcare, US Travel, AU/NZ Food Delivery and UK Cable accounts, complemented by a background in training and facilitation and process improvement. I'm a fast learner, meticulous with details, a dedicated, passionate and proactive professional, with extensive experience in Business Process Outsourcing industry, customer service roles in different channels (inbound, outbound, chat, email and data entry).
