I have extensive management and organization development experience having previously fulfilled (team) leadership roles in the academe and government. Currently, I moderate user-generated content for a US-based online reviews company and have been at it for more than 7,000 hours now, working on content moderation and administrative/special tasks such as conceptualizing and executing company-wide activities.
