I love and have fun doing what I do. This feeds into my natural ability to look at the problem from the customer's point of view. ◼︎ 𝐀𝗜 ◼︎ I started building with AI before it was a product category. In 2017, I designed my first proprietary machine learning-based research platform for a global strategy consultancy. Then, I co-founded a startup around Slack-based market intelligence and ML document pipelines (later acquired). When I joined the private beta of GPT-3 in 2021, I was already deep into automation and systems work. I stress-tested each model release against real-world business workflows, doing both hands-on experiments and studying the research, so I know what the technology can and cannot reliably do. Today, AI is the default infrastructure.
