With the below listed personal skills, I would be a great match if you are looking for a freelancer for your Data Entry or Software / UI Testing projects. Personal skills: - Accurate (almost close to being a perfectionist) - Attention to detail - Devoted to the job / project (willing to make that extra step where needed) - Service minded Previous work experience: 5 years with a database marketing company, where customers can buy either a One-Off file, or a subscription to (part off) the database. Customers use the data for their marketing and sales activities. My role was Customer Support, which included training the customers in how to use the database (via the Business Objects interface), and assisting them in creating queries to define and extract the relevant target group. Extra services provided were matching their data with ours, and deliver incrementals on previously purchased files. 4 years working as a Software Tester for a renown Telecom company in The Netherlands. Test levels I have executed are Functionality-, End-to-End-, and User Acceptance testing. My role included the full test cycle; from writing the detailed test plan, to creating test cases and mapping the needed test data, to executing the test cases and follow up with the defect management.
