EDI Processing Clerk Our client is a Health Care Provider based in California, USA. My team is under the IT umbrella of the company. As an EDI Processing Clerk, we do post bills, gathering of claims, transmission and conversion of EDI files and autoposts. Below are the details of the job that we do and my accomplishments. ✓ Process EDI files, using HDMS, Filezilla, and other applications. ✓ HDMS functions, running reports, and checking and logging totals for batch processes. ✓ Reconciling of posted batch totals to output report totals. ✓ Reconciling user account information or other miscellaneous reports for IT. ✓ Ad-hoc and special requests ✓ Successfully co-trained new hire for autoposts ✓ Successfully created google sheet templates used for identifying payments that does not balance after autopost and another template used for reconciling claims in 277CA and 837 resulting to identifying the missing claims in 277CA. ✓ Successfully and aggressively worked on balancing of payments per batch that are previously autoposted but does not match in the output report total, by identifying the claim that does not balance and giving suggestions of what to do in the manual posting. Reports Analyst Our team is responsible for providing our sites the reports that would measure their compliance and their performance in accordance to their SLA’s and KPI’s. Below are the reports that we usually do: ✓Dashboard and Stack Rank reports to see to how our sites are performing in comparison with other client’s vendors based on client’s KPI’s. ✓Hierarchy and Roster Data Reference, used in metric and compliance reports ✓Target comparison reports, to identify the best possible targets to use per Metric ✓Reconciliation reports, to see to it that our data are in synch with our client’s numbers ✓Invoice and rewards-based-compensation reports, so that our sites and projects can reconcile the invoice and other bonus reports given by the client to raise a dispute as applicable. ✓Sites Level, Manager Level, Team Level and Agent Level Metric, Stack Rank and Compliance reporting ✓Ad-hoc and special requests Data Entry Specialist Our project is responsible for order entry processing of telephony requests from offshore clients such as port-ins, new installs, directory listing requests, feature changes, port-outs, disconnects and directory listing removals. We also make sure that we meet our SLA’s by completing orders in compliance to SLA dates. Below are my accomplishments: ✓Took lead for several bulk order projects ✓Suggested a reporting strategy that simplified and speed up internal process. ✓Designed a reporting layout used for project monitoring ✓Successful in training new hires that comes to the team, resulting to positive outcome ✓Contribute to several process documentations through making research using all available resources. ✓Successful in testing a new tool that is vital in order entry process. ✓Successfully took lead in closing all pending tasks for a withdrawing segment
