My passion for service began during my college days when I worked as a tutor for elementary, high school, and college students. Since then, I’ve gained 3.5 years of experience in the BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative and Basic Tech Support, 4 years as an Administrative Officer, and continued growth in the Virtual Assistant field. As a Virtual Assistant, I’ve had the opportunity to work with U.S.-based insurance agencies, where I developed a specialization in Personal Lines Insurance. My experience includes home and auto quoting, policy processing, assisting service teams, and handling internal coordination as part of my responsibilities as an Operations Specialist. This exposure has sharpened my attention to detail and strengthened my commitment to providing accurate, efficient, and dependable support.
