Ariful I.

I design and manage high-availability VoIP PBX and DevOps systems using Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure performance. With over 12 years of hands-on experience in Linux system administration, cloud infrastructure, and real-time communications, I build platforms that stay online, scale automatically, and maintain crystal-clear voice quality even under heavy load. What I Do – VoIP & PBX Engineering: Deploy and manage Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, and OpenSIPS; configure SIP trunks, IVR, WebRTC, and call routing; troubleshoot jitter, latency, and NAT issues. – DevOps & Automation: Containerize applications with Docker and Kubernetes, implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible, and build CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or GitLab CI. – Cloud & Infrastructure: Architect scalable environments on AWS, DigitalOcean, and Linode, integrating load balancing, auto-scaling, and failover for high availability. – Monitoring & Security: Deploy Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/EFK stacks for proactive monitoring; apply hardening, TLS/SRTP, and firewall rules to safeguard uptime. – High Availability: Configure database replication, clustering, and backup automation to ensure continuous operation and disaster recovery. Why Clients Choose Me – Proven Track Record: Over $200K earned, 50+ successful contracts, and 9,000+ hours completed on Upwork. – End-to-End Expertise: From VoIP call-flow design to DevOps automation — I deliver fully documented, production-ready systems. – Clear Communication: Regular progress updates, transparent documentation, and dependable support across time zones. – Result-Driven Approach: My focus is not only deployment but long-term stability, cost optimization, and uptime reliability.
