Hello everyone, I have around 12 years of experience in IT support, mostly working with MSPs and supporting different customer environments. My background started with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and general infrastructure support. Over the last 8 years, most of my work has moved towards Microsoft cloud technologies. I have worked with Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance policies, configuration profiles, MDM and MAM policies, application deployment and troubleshooting. I also have experience managing Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices using Intune, Apple Business Manager and JAMF. Apart from Intune, I have worked on Microsoft 365 and Azure projects, including Exchange to Microsoft 365 migrations, on-premises server migrations to Azure, Microsoft Defender/ATP policies, Information Governance, DLP, eDiscovery and other security and compliance configurations. I have completed Microsoft certifications including AZ-103, MS-100, MS-101, Office 365 346/347, SC-300 and SC-100.
