I'm an Account Management Head / Training Manager of one of the Logistic-delivery service providers here in the Philippines. I've been promoted several times over the course of 5 years until such time that I was promoted as the head of the team.. I have people under me whom I train, guide, monitor and supervise on how to manage clients and accounts. Part of my job is to acquire new brands and branches while maintaining a good relationship with current corporate and restaurant partners. I facilitate transition training on standard and corporate processes to staff, managers, owners and companies. I am the contact person of accounts to the company and its various departments. I'm responsible in updating the training manuals, suggesting promotional strategies and analyzing sales and marketing reports to our clients. I research on updates with regard to services and processes we could offer our clients such as, but not limited to, trending updates for customer satisfaction and convenience. I provide necessary reports on customer care, restaurant benefits and projected incremental sales, restaurant and logistics costs based on thorough research and analysis. Last November 2015, I worked in Vietnam as a Cruise Director / Nurse on board (First aid only). I am responsible for customer service and total guest satisfaction on board. I make the connection between the front line employees and the guests, engaging in conversation and finding out the best ways to delight the customers. Acting as a helper and entertainer, the Cruise Manager has the chance to up-sell products while interacting with guests. I am also responsible for guaranteeing the smooth operation of all facilities on board, and the upkeep of the Paradise standards. All assigned tasks to me are divided between the Assistant Cruise Manager, allowing both members to focus on fewer, specific tasks and ensuring their good completion. But I have the final word on decisions made on board. I was given a chance to make a manual regarding standard operating procedure for the company. I've learned the basics of Adobe Photoshop during my spare time and I continue to expand my knowledge on various softwares.
