Alexandru R.

I find planning and data fascinating. By mixing the two, you can create order from chaos and turn business efficiency and traceability into your priority. This improves decision-making, strategic thinking, and problem-solving while providing a deep understanding of customer and business processes. In recent years, I’ve focused on helping e-commerce brands like Glimmr (US), Wellshave, Numsy, and Drivv (NL) optimize their supply chains, operations, and data visibility. I manage end-to-end processes — from demand forecasting, procurement, and production planning to warehousing, logistics, and fulfillment across platforms such as Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Bol.com. I use tools like Asana, Gorgias, Klaviyo, ShipBob, SendCloud, Stripe, Wise, QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Sheets to streamline workflows, automate reporting, and ensure cross-functional alignment between marketing, finance, and operations. What recommends me for the job? ✔️Extensive experience managing international e-commerce operations. ✔️High-level analytical and mathematical ability. ✔️Adaptability, accountability, and precision. ✔️A methodical and data-driven approach. ✔️Strong planning and reporting skills using real-time KPIs and dashboards. Through a deep understanding of each brand’s workflow, I turn complexity into clarity — ensuring scalability, accuracy, and sustainable growth.
