Thank you for reviewing my profile! My name is Therese Pandy, and my background is in Customer Service and Hospitality. I have 5 years experience in Customer Service in a call center environment. During those years I have worked in a team atmosphere, handling basic issues as well as complex problems. I always strive to raise the bar in anything I do. I have over 10 years experience in Hospitality. In those years I have learned how to communicate with people naturally, and make sure they are more than happy with the experience they have had. I have had the pleasure of having contact with people from many different cultures, and have learned how to effectively communicate with them. I am a people person, and a hard worker. Through my various positions I have used email, and phone (outbound and inbound) to communicate with customers. I am new to the Upwork community but would appreciate the opportunity to demonstrate my skills, in order to better myself as well as the company I work for.
