I became a freelance entrepreneur, rather than an employee, because it provides me with the freedom to live and enjoy life with my family – as well as the freedom to help more people bring their ideas to life no matter where I am in the world. I’m a full-time freelance CAD designer available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week at your convenience. I'm typically located in the eastern standard time zone; however, I am able work with you during your preferred hours of operation according to your time zone at your request. Sifting through my portfolio will reveal that I 'wear many hats' as a designer. Yet, it also shows that design quality is not sacrificed due to my vast skillset. Throughout my life I have gained a variety of hands-on experience working with tools, tearing things apart, fixing things and building new things. I loved growing up learning and figuring out how to build, fix and create anything, but, I always wanted to know how ideas became the 'things' we interact with. That's when I discovered design and became a designer. I became a freelancer when I discovered employment didn’t allow me to focus on quality and it limited my growth in the design field. Our ideas become the creations that animals, people and our environment interact with. Therefore, our creations are a major factor in the overall quality of life and our daily interactions. So, I believe the absolute most critical stage of creation is the design stage. As you can see by viewing my portfolio I am more than able to successfully complete structural design drawings. But, my passion is for concept, industrial and product design. As a designer, I wield the power of creation. Designers can create 'things' that range from virtual reality to biological life. By focusing on quality during the design process we improve the quality of life and its daily interactions. I embrace that ability and pride myself in the quality of my designs regardless of which industry I'm designing 'things' for. In addition, I can write G-Code for CAM machines and provide FEA Simulations. I can deliver all the necessary digital files for future patent applications, prototyping and manufacturing. All data will be electronically transferred, backed up, and delivered in each client's preferred format(s). I can also deliver a physical prototype to your door at your request.
