I help Etsy, Shopify, and print-on-demand businesses grow by taking care of everything from product research and design to listings, customer support, and daily operations. 8+ Years in E-Commerce & POD | 10+ Years in Customer Support | 100% Job Success Need someone who can manage your store without constant supervision, improve your listings, create professional designs, and find ways to save you time and money? That's exactly what I do. I've been working in e-commerce and print-on-demand since 2018, supporting startups, established Etsy sellers, and international brands. I'm not just a virtual assistant who follows instructions. I understand how online stores operate, what makes products sell, and how to improve workflows so business owners can focus on growing their brands. 🏆 BRANDS & STORES I'VE WORKED WITH - BaileyDesignedCo – Graphic design and product research for an Etsy shop with 386K+ sales. - Fundraiser Blankets – Graphic designer for a Shark Tank-featured print-on-demand company. - YellowBird Art – Created artwork for an Amazon best-selling wall art brand. - Printspire – POD product creation, mockups, listings, and store operations. - WallAmerica – Product uploads, catalog management, collections, and Etsy SEO. - 4K Embroidery – Etsy listings, product variations, order coordination, and customer support. - Try Rovina – Shopify customer support, subscriptions, and order management. - Afrocenchix & Love Hemp – E-commerce operations and customer service for established UK brands. I've also supported a high-volume US supplement store generating approximately $100K in daily sales. 🛒 ETSY, SHOPIFY & MARKETPLACE MANAGEMENT I can help you launch, manage, and optimize your online store. ✔ Etsy and Shopify store setup and management ✔ Product research, competitor analysis, and niche validation ✔ SEO titles, tags, descriptions, and keyword optimization ✔ Product uploads, bulk listings, variations, and SKU management ✔ Printify, Printful, and GearBubble integrations ✔ Pricing research, seasonal collections, and promotions ✔ Catalog maintenance and inventory coordination ✔ Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other marketplace operations I also have experience with Merch by Amazon, TeePublic, Redbubble, Zazzle, Spreadshirt, and other POD platforms. 🎨 GRAPHIC DESIGN, POD & PRODUCT MOCKUPS I create professional, marketplace-ready designs and product presentations. ✔ T-shirt and apparel designs ✔ Wall art, posters, and digital products ✔ Product mockups and lifestyle images ✔ Print-ready files and artwork preparation ✔ Photoshop batch actions and bulk mockup workflows ✔ AI-assisted product concepts and creative assets Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Affinity Designer, Canva Pro, Placeit, Creative Fabrica, and more. 🔎 ETSY SEO & PRODUCT RESEARCH I don't rely on guesswork when choosing products or keywords. I use Marmalead, eRank, EverBee, Helium 10, Merch Informer, and competitor research to identify opportunities, optimize listings, and understand what customers are searching for. My focus is on creating listings that are not only searchable but also attractive enough to convert visitors into buyers. 🤖 AI AUTOMATION & WORKFLOW OPTIMIZATION One thing that sets me apart is my ability to combine e-commerce experience with AI and automation. I use tools such as ChatGPT, Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, n8n, Zapier, Ideogram, and other AI platforms to simplify repetitive tasks. My experience includes: ✔ Bulk listing and SEO content workflows ✔ Automated spreadsheet processes ✔ Photoshop batch production ✔ AI-assisted customer support workflows ✔ Product research and content generation ✔ AI image and short-form video creation For an Etsy embroidery business, I developed a Google Apps Script reply assistant that reduced the time needed to prepare routine responses from approximately 3 minutes to under 10 seconds. My goal is simple: less repetitive work, fewer unnecessary subscriptions, and more time spent on activities that actually help your business grow. 💬 CUSTOMER SUPPORT & DAILY OPERATIONS I also bring over 10 years of professional customer service experience, including leadership roles supporting DBS Bank Singapore, Singtel, Capital One, and Verizon. I can independently manage: ✔ Shopify, Etsy, and marketplace customer inquiries ✔ Order processing, tracking, returns, and refunds ✔ Subscription management and retention ✔ Supplier, courier, and fulfillment coordination ✔ Customer complaints and escalations ✔ Email, chat, and social media support I'm experienced with Shopify, Gorgias, Freshdesk, Re:amaze, Recharge, and Meta Business Suite. ⭐ WHY WORK WITH ME? ✔ 8+ years of hands-on POD and e-commerce experience ✔ 100% Upwork Job Success Score ✔ Experience supporting high-volume international brands ✔ Strong graphic design and marketplace SEO
